Strange that I read and hear quite a few! Maybe you don’t read and listen that much. The criticism here is often very biased.

BBC commentator and employee David Aaronovitch made an assassination comment about Trump around the beginning of the month and the BBC did nothing. Whereas I'm pretty sure that if the assassination comment had been about Biden the BBC would have sacked him....Aaronovitch deleted the comment and the BBC treated it like nothing....I don't believe he should have been sacked but they should have issued a statement that this was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. What Aaronovitch did was very stupid and he should have issued an apology. Instead all he gave were rather snide remarks about it after claiming it was a joke.
