Mohammed premiums were reduced for those flights I would be in favour of an investigation into how Insurance companies set rates. My neighbour was told by Saga that her contents insurance was going up from £70pa to £240. Nothing had changed and she has never claimed. After a phone call Saga gave her a deal! £80. This is supposed to be a company that looks out for the elderly and doesn't take advantage, yeah right. So if Mohamed and his mates feel hard done by I don't disagree but join the queue please. As for rate setting it's mystery to many in the industry. A huge mispractice was when banks used to force you to buy insurance for a property under mortgage from them, I think this is no longer legal in the UK. Back in the day the rates were often double or treble what was available elsewhere.

It really seems Sunak is trying to lose the election with the D Day debacle. I will watch the seven up debate here tomorrow morning, Farage would wipe the floor with the other attendees given a level playing field, which of course he won't. Morduant vs Rayner would be a no contest but Sunak has handed Labour a gift wrapped present with D Day. Morduant can't defend him with her military background. IMO only a matter of time before Reform lead Conservatives in the polls then the fun will really start. * just seen a hapless Sunak giving a shaken interview, take him out of the oven , he's done, repeatedly trotting a memorised line

Sunak and his team are just bloody incompetent - nothing deliberate about it. Why will it not be a level playing field at the debate tonight? Agree with you re Reform - there's a genuine chance the Tories aren't even the official opposition at the end of this. Edited by EverybodyDannsNow (07 Jun 2024 12.37pm)

Have to disagree. Nobody can reach Westminster and genuinely be that stupid. There are conventions in politics about events that are sacrosanct. This was one of them. An absolute, multiple underlined, must attend no matter what. This is deliberate. These Torie b******s are throwing this election. No ifs, no buts. I have bored enough with my own reasons for the why but even if I am totally wrong on that, there is still something else out there that the Tories want not only out of Number 10 but not even able to be the mix when the s*** hits the fan

Now that Hope Not Hate's favourite cuck Tice is no longer the leader and Farage is in charge I will be voting for Reform. Unless they continue to cuck to their enemies in the media and state paid commie political bodies like HNH.

As much as I loathe Labour, we need a shift in our politics and Labour in power might just tip it over. Reform could be the gateway to a shift to the right in 5 years.
