I thought Gordon Brown still held that title.

You suspect that the average Tory party member could not bring themselves to vote for a " brown man ", which in itself is a strange expression, but you are not accusing Tories of being racist.

I am my own man with my own views. I have worked in what is now known as 'the Westminster bubble,' for many years and have worked closely with ministers of all political colours. Regardless of party, like people some are good some bad and some just downright incompetent.

Bit like in life.

Truss PM..

However she got less votes than Captain Binface in the London mayoral elections.

Now there's a man you can trust.

Yet you opine that the Tory membership will not elect a non white leader? This is at odds with the make up of the elected PCP

It wasn't the PCP who voted Truss in. They favoured the non white candidate.

No it was the members who voted out of turn from the PCP. And they were so against Sunak that they preferred a candidate who has held every opinion, been a member of every political party, and who offers the lowest bench mark in terms of public communication in the history of World politics.

And is the longest serving cabinet minister, I believe. As I said before I am not a member of the Tory party but maybe the members didn’t want to vote for a backstabbing, snake in the grass. Personally I think the MPs made a big mistake in having these 2 as the final choices. They wanted Sunak and probably thought Truss was not a threat, unlike some of the other candidates, including those of an ethnic background

Polls have shown that Badenoch was the Tory member's preferred choice out of the candidates.

It's pretty clear to me that if they had been given an option she would be PM. She was my preferred option out of what was available because she was the most conservative in the social sense.....and as you know I fit all the left's hyperbolic (and largely meaningless) bigot and racist labels.

The split of the vote was much closer than had been predicted by the pollsters and I spoke to many members across a plethora of constituencies who favoured Sunak.

In a conversation with my wife in a Public House on Friday I opined that Truss would not win as comfortably as many had predicted.

Just as an advance into how the left use words and change their usage at the moment the more 'progressive' of them are looking to convince straight men that they are bigots if they don't date trans 'women'.

I stopped taking what the left think seriously years ago and they won't stop misusing words until others reject their definitions as well.....they only use the tactics because it bullys and causes fear and silence.

Ah, you now cannot freely make your own choice as to whom you have a romantic relationship with and must follow irrational, illogical and bonkers ideological doctrines.

More 'Nazi' than the Nazis I'd suggest. Talk about 'give them an inch'... or in this case cut them all off!
