Massive response with 41 pages thus far on this pathetic performance. Don't CPFC analyse the teams that they NEED to throw 110% at, and then try their best to get what they can form the others. This game was OKish till half time, and I know it was an unfortunate goal conceded, BUT WHERE IS THE FIRE! (I repeat ) FIRE IN THEIR BELLIES. Midfield was just going nowhere, and not getting the ball upfield which is where the GOAL is.. Didn't see Benteke or Wilf get any service for the last 35 minutes. ITS ABSOLUTE B.....OCKS We have some decent players but I guess they just want to look at their Bank balance on Monday Morning and know they are still getting paid. A TRULY MISERABLE PERFORMANCE! and MU next weekend LOL

Embarrassing today, but Palace won't get relegated, whereas Sheffield United will. I agree Sir. We were as bad as any team has ever played in this division and they weren't much better.

brm I am with you on this one this is their first prem game at home fully fit team starting crowd well up for it and opponents well off colour. We should improve, hopefully soon can United keep it going longer term ? I see it more like a tricky cup game that is not an unusual result quote=bicycle repair man;3468060] Embarrassing today, but Palace won't get relegated, whereas Sheffield United will.

Our starting back 4 vs Arsenal away, opening day of 2014/15: Ward, Dann, Hangeland, Kelly. Our starting back 4 vs Sheffield United, 5 years later: Ward, Dann, Kelly, Van Aanholt.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Sheff.U only had one other real chance and that was given to them by van Aanholt losing possession in a ridiculous place so for all their hard pressing our defence was solid in actual defending with great blocks and bodies in the way when you actually think about it.

There was a real lack of quality all over the pitch for both teams yesterday. The only difference in the two teams was heart and desire. They had all of it and we had zero. I can take a loss on the chin, I can't accept a gutless performance. This team needs a rocket up it and several hairdryers thrown at them.
