The so called "fanatics" have turned themselves in to a figure of fun,and are a laughing stock among football fans up and down the country. This is true although the pro HF dont want to admit/face it.

In your hope and imagination. Not at all, I dont know this poster but I experience the same reaction from opposing fans when the subject of HF comes up. If you think other clubs are envious of them I'm afraid it really is you that is deluded.

It might be true for Parish’s own match day involvement but he has said he’s in favour of a singing section, uses it in all video and brochure promotions and couldn’t stop saying ‘’Why can’t everyone be like the HF’’ during the HOL radio interview following Burnley, the ‘the sun may not come up tomorrow’’, Frank’s sacking and maybe Benteke’s injury v Man City, although an injury is inevitable so it may have been before. He’s fully aware of the importance of really good atmosphere and how the HF influence this. Make no mistake about this, or he’d still be shrugging his shoulders after he knows he made that mistake to begin with. Wake up, he is trying to market the club to corporate overseas investors as well as get the clubs name out there overseas. Thats all he's doing. Anyway, since when were we all robots that had to follow/agree with Parish's opinions? Did you agree with everything Jordan said? Or Goldberg? or Noades? or Bloye?

Boo hoo. Get used to the fact it’s happening and Parish always wanted it to happen. It’ll help you move forward. You keep quoting/mentioning Parish. No one cares what he thinks except you obviously

I agree with a lot of what’s been said. Self entitled, having a Cheek (I wish we had him), all about them etc. They could’ve just waited for the main stand to go up when there’s more options for fans behind the goal to move elsewhere so where the safe standing is going the HF can stand. But no, their immaturity takes over. But then I start thinking maybe they’re going elsewhere in the ground or indeed nowhere in the ground for a season or 2 so that if the atmosphere is pretty low Parish and others will be desperate to see them back. I’ll miss some of what they bring but I won’t miss the drum or the constant singing and jumping up and down from 20 lads to a song nobody else knows, and that would either go on for the first 20 minutes or when the game is looking lost. There’s enough people and enough song starters like how we used to do it to create an atmosphere without them so I doubt they’ll be that missed and they should really get over themselves. But this is young people today. Very thin skinned, sensitive and believe their lives are followed closely by the outside world when really people mainly don’t care. Or do all young people closely care what the 700 people they follow are doing? No more drum. Fvcking get in!!!!!

It's a toss up who's had the bigger volte-face, Parish or Hedman
Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

A massive own goal by the HF and club. Fanatical group of fans only want to be fanatics if they can have the better seats. Class.

I changed my mind. I’ve said this before, but as Midlands likes to try to show people up if he thinks they’re lying or are using hindsight, I’ll say it again, as I said earlier in the thread. I CHANGED MY MIND. It’s allowed and happens. Well in real life it does. It obviously doesn’t on here. A few things changed my mind, but it was mainly the p1ss poor atmosphere I could see that resembled 20 years ago, plus the brochures the HF had mocked up that the club didn’t give a chance, because a few tartan blanket and thermos fans didn’t welcome the plan, and subsequently let many think the HF were serial baby killers. Furthermore the new stand rumours are it could be half a generation away. The club have handled this horrendously and still are. The 400 should be compensated properly but the offer is insulting. There, I think it should happen, I was never completely against the HF, just some of the songs and how highly they rated themselves. Looks like I was wrong on that as loads were too. The atmosphere is sh1t without some leadership and organisation. It won’t stop Midlands no doubt. I bet he never changes his mind on anything, ever.

All for the "Greater good" is the message. Willo, was it you who used to present 'The Good Old Days' on the BBC during the 70's ?
