Todays first download is a set by Don McLean that was recorded in Manchester in 1975. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show. I've posted a few bootlegs by DM in the past and this is another top sounding show. He plays his classic song "American Pie" as well as his other hit single "Vincent". This is only a short set, so I doubt if it's the whole show - probably all that was broadcast. If you like DM then grab this one - it's thoroughly recommended.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Hard Rock Cafe, Manchester, England 25.5.75 - Don McLean (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Bronco Bill’s Lament 3:22 Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 77.3MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Todays second download is a set by Mike Portnoy that was recorded at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Anaheim, CA on the 20th of January 2012. This is in superb quality and is a great soundboard recording of the show. Mike is the drummer for prog rock band Dream Theatre and is widely recognised as one of the best in the business. This set is a sort of prog-jazz fusion mix which sounds top notch... this is thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Sheraton Park Hotel, Anaheim, CA 20.1.12 - Mike Portnoy (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 Stratus (Billy Cobham) Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 104MB (Including Artwork) The Line-up : Enjoy! Todays first download is a set by The Band that was recorded at the Ultrasonic Studios in New York during December 1971. This is in superb quality and is a top soundboard recording. I've posted a few boots by The Band over the years as well as a good selection of studio albums. A great version of the classic "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" on this one - if you like The Band, then I recommend this one.... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at Ultrasonic Studios, Hempstead, NY. December 1971 - The Band (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 84.5MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) The Line-up : Back Cover : [Link] Enjoy! Todays second download is a set by Max Webster that was recorded in Barrie, Ontario, Canada in December 1980. This is in superb quality and is a top soundboard recording. I've previously posted 3 bootlegs by this band - this is another top show, and I have another one for a few days time. The band is called Max Webster, but its only the name - there is no one called Max Webster. The lead guitarist and vocalist is Kim Mitchell and they play a kind of blues rock - which is superb. This is thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Roxy Theatre, Barrie, Ontario 4.12.80 - Max Webster (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01. Check Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 74.3MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy! Attachment: Max Webster - Barrie Ontario 80.jpg (166.25Kb)
