As someone said earlier, there are rumours on the web that he is on the autism spectrum, which would definitely explain the way he conducts himself in interviews and when celebrating. I'm not angry at him anyway, what 21-year-old player would say no to a top club, especially one he is already familiar with? I'm pi$$ed with Chelsea for taking away some enjoyment for us to fill their bench. I loved watching MO play as he is so naturally gifted, but we don't own him so if he doesn't want to be with us then I wish him good luck. I do however wish Chelsea complete misery and abject failure!

Who ever Olise’s agent is you do have to say they have done a good job so far. They insisted on a 7m release cause at Reading which we activated which left their fans fuming as he was under sold. Signs for us but have another release clause which is ridiculously low, leaving us Palace fans angry. Probably see the same thing again in a couple of years when he goes for about 60m to PSG or Real Madrid and he’ll still only be about 24/25. Just hope we have a sell on percentage.

There's much excitement on the Shed End forum about him returning home. They clearly see him as a Chelsea academy star who's done his apprenticeship and is now ready to rejoin his family. If it was us we’d be saying “I can’t believe we let this kid go and now we’re having to pay a fortune to get him back! SP and DF have made a balls up again!” Small change for moneybags Chelsea I guess! Financial Fair Play is the biggest misnomer ever and is killing football. The big boys ignore it and the rest of us are cannon fodder!

I was spoke about that for a long time until psychological tests found that I had adult ADHD.

In the current market he is worth close to 50-60m to lose him at 35m is terrible business. I really hope this is all untrue. We didn’t insert the release clause, Olise agent did, if we didn’t accept, he wouldn’t have signed for us. I don’t understand, why you think it’s Palaces fault there is release clause. Which I understand Palace got him to sign a new contract with changes.

I'm not saying he is, but there were some Palace fans on the BBS a while back saying they went to school with him and he had autism. Could be a load of bo!!ocks of course.

When he arrived you could see his talent particularly his first touch and sweet left foot. I also thought he has always been pretty quick. Initially he could not oust Ayew from his role on the right as he had no idea on how to defend and could only come inside on his left foot when he took on a player.

Think you are missing the point Lanzo, in todays market we cannot replace Olise for 35M and we do not have a ready substitute in reserve. Therefore, even if we get a replacement with potential, for this season our team will be weaker. Does that mean that unless Brighton spend £200m on players they will be weaker? Of course not, the real trick is to buy cheap, sell expensive. Given their recent track record they could find two new players for £10m each and sell them for £100m next season. In short we don’t need to spend £35m to replace Olise, we just need to find someone who brings the same to the club for less money. They are out there, it’s just finding them.

We need to move on. We’ve been well mugged, but as many have said, that’s business.
