I hope Johnson becomes PM, I hope he sits down at his first press conference & silently pulls out a cake & begins eating it ignoring questions, finishes his cake gets up & walks off.

I want to see all the right people boil their piss.

The mountains are calling & I must go.

Is it any wonder that those who use this kind of archaic, redundant and flowery language are seen as out of touch with the mainstream, and consequently unsuited to decide who is selected to become our PM.

It might be quaint, and sometimes even faintly amusing, but part of the modern world it isn't.

If the Tory Party is going to survive it needs to send an up to date dictionary to every member and insist that they use them whenever they opine outside of their bubble.

How patronising to say many voters are daft, and you have the nerve to talk of hubris.

Two years is a long time in politics.

I don't really care too much now as I think the UK is broken beyond repair, I feel sorry for my kids who are in the UK as young adults.I would prefer to see my old fashioned values around family, law and order, education etc represented by someone in Westminster for all those in the UK who may have similar views to me.

And again, your patronising attitude needs some attention I suggest.

This was very much in evidence after 2019 when the SWG Corbynistas spouted the electorate didn't under stand the manifesto.

I hope you don't mind but I won't address personal criticism.

I note you have not addressed any point I made save that you don't care and 2 years is a long time.

I can't disagree with that last point. The public's memory is not long (if that isn't patronising).

Yup but I would like to see what policies starmer has to make this better than it is.
If it’s really as bad as the media make out !

Oh I know that. If he was just another member of Hol it would just be amusing, but he is not.

He is our resident Tory Party member. A membership who were responsible for delivering Truss into no 10 and everything that followed.

I was questioning well before that happened why it was still allowed to happen and why the MPs alone weren't expected to choose who leads them.

Others suggested they were a bunch of old buffoons.

It's this system which deserves the ridicule until it gets changed. Willo is just getting a bit of collateral damage.

I am sure individually he is harmless. Collectively the Tory Party members are not.
