Why do you seem to hate him so much? Did he reject your love advances back in the day?

We are not a big enough club to have any strength in depth in the squad. Once we get a fit Zaha, Sakho Cheek and Tomkins back we will start to perform.
I agree with many posts on here that we really messed up in the window not securing any forwards. And also our midfield dynamos that dare shoot are not at all accurate. I just don't get why we don't shoot more from outside the area. I suppose for that reason.
If we get lucky with injuries etc. and we make a proper plan for the transfer window then we might have half a chance of staying up. My delusion of a top ten finish is out the window. We aint good enough for that.
I really hope we stick to todays shape from now on. Far better. Our management needs to realise this works for us and the other format clearly does not.
We just don't have the skill set in our squad to deliver on 343.

I can see RLC being groomed as a replacement forward should CB get injured/suspended/subbed.

I also think Sakho coming in will push TFM out to the right. A back four of Dann, Sakho, Schlupp and TFM will be pretty solid IMO.

Thought TFM looked a little lightweight, especially early on, although he did grow into the game.

Dann looks pretty classy on the ball.

Obviously disappointing result wise, but happy with the performance, excluding the third minute.

Thoughts from the game:
1. If anyone should be sacked after today it should be CY Lee for the back pass and Scott Dann for missing an open goal. Benteke should also be fined a weeks wages for missing the goal from 6 yards from a great heading position. You cant blame that on FDB.
2. We were robbed. But thats football.
3. I didnt see the point in bringing Levi on. He didnt contribute much and spent a lot of time isolated on the left.
4. I admit that Punch was very slow today.
5. Yohan Cabaye - thank God we have him and how we have missed him, but he cant do it all himself.
4. Generally most fans supported the team and stayed to clap them off. To the pissed bloke in the flat cap and shorts who kept slagging off Wayne? You are one arsehole mate. Enjoy your hangover.

TFM looked good to me and he is quick. It will be interesting to see who plays alongside Mamadou.

Ray Houghton and the guys on talk sport said FM was making a lot of mistakes and they don't see him as a CB, I think with Sakho he'll def take wards place soon on the right.

Dann fashioned two chances from nothing with great skill and for the header made the mistake of momentarily taking his eye off the ball when the Burnley defender lifted his foot IMO.
