You know, I'm something of an African American myself.

Quick Google says there are over 2.5 million black people in California, I'd imagine every one will get $2000 a month spread over 50 years.

It's universal basic income ushered in disguised as reparations.
It will no doubt fail because the people that generate money in Cali are fleeing in huge numbers.
$2000 a month won't be enough either, they'll demand more.

Yep, the tax base, in Democrat cities has been voting with its feet for some time now. Red states getting redder and blue states getting bluer and poorer in terms of what they are producing.....The Democrats are trying their old trick of bussing in illegals and immigrants into red states.....but there's little respect for government today and the tricks of the sixties that destroyed communities isn't going to do as well today.

However, if you are stupid enough to delude yourself that this country is not changing very rapidly, and not for the better, due to immigration, then you need to get your head out of your arse, or better still, just stop wasting our time with your obtuse clap trap. I don't for a moment deny we are going through an intense period of change, in many different ways. You seem totally obsessed with just one, which will sort itself out given time and effort. I read that the Durham report into the way the FBI handled their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential election has been published today. Apparently, it makes some criticisms of some of the procedures they used. Which have been learned from and corrected. This report was commissioned by Trump in 2019, seemingly to whitewash his record. It does nothing at all though to undermine the findings of the investigation itself, which was headed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. He found there was interference by Russia, and a large number of charges were made against former Trump campaign staff. What Mueller did not find was that the Trump campaign and Russia conspired together. He used carefully nuanced language because he also didn't say that they didn't conspire together. It had a strong whiff of "not proven". Knowing that the Mueller files were all sent to New York I am now wondering if they are being kept on ice until the Durham report was published and we should now anticipate yet more legal issues for Trump. We'll see. Of course, Trump has already claimed a great victory, and declared that the report shows that the "American public was scammed". It does nothing of the sort! I read that the Durham report into the way the FBI handled their investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 Presidential election has been published today. Apparently, it makes some criticisms of some of the procedures they used. Which have been learned from and corrected.

This report was commissioned by Trump in 2019, seemingly to whitewash his record.

Knowing that the Mueller files were all sent to New York I am now wondering if they are being kept on ice until the Durham report was published and we should now anticipate yet more legal issues for Trump. We'll see.

Of course, Trump has already claimed a great victory, and declared that the report shows that the "American public was scammed". It does nothing of the sort!

If you took Wisbech as the person to rely upon for news about what this report actually says you'd get the wrong impression....Mmmm....shades of marketing perhaps...not exactly focused in on the objective. Let's take some actual quotes from the report: A very important conclusion from this report....and a very damning one for Wisbech, when you read what he said all through the 'Bias against Trump' thread was that 'the FBI had not possessed "actual evidence" of collusion between Donald Trump's campaign and Russia before launching an inquiry'. For years Wisbech told us on this forum that Trump was guilty of this and here we have it.....this was a politically motivated set up. One of us said near the start of that thread that Trump wasn't going to go to jail for this and one of us was right and the other...not so much. In fact it looks like his 'jam tomorrow' is rapidly nearing its expiry date. To quote this report some more. The FBI's inquiry had lacked 'analytical rigor'. For years Wisbech told us on this forum that Trump was guilty of this and here we have it.....this was a politically motivated set up.

One of us said near the start of that thread that Trump wasn't going to go to jail for this and one of us was right and the other...not so much. In fact it looks like his 'jam tomorrow' is rapidly nearing its expiry date.

To quote this report some more.

The FBI's inquiry had lacked 'analytical rigor'.

The FBI had the FBI had pursued an inquiry and wasted money on 'raw, unanalysed and uncorroborated intelligence'

I found this bit interesting

"In a statement, the FBI said it had "already implemented dozens of corrective actions". " So no denial that Durham's report is wrong and or bias and that the original investigation was sound. Just a non apology from the FBI.
