Should have to resign. Especially after Neil Ferguson. But he won’t. And people won’t really care. Nothing sticks to this lot somehow, it’s like people take them being despicable w*nkers as part of the parcel. Not sure the guardian released this at the right time for full effect.

He won't be going anywhere. He's essential for Boris's agenda......the brains behind the throne.

We should have done this in March. I guess if people want to break the rules they will but most people I speak to just say a holiday abroad is too much aggravation at this time and I agree. I am fortunate to be able to have multiple holidays but I doubt I will travel this year. It only take 1 person on a plane coughing... U.K. looking a bit lost on what its doing on this compared to everywhere else that no doubt realises the summer only lasts a short while and they can’t kill their travel and tourism dead like we’re planning to do. I expect a reason will be created to have the 14 day quarantine lifted within the 3 weeks reflection date when infection rates keep falling towards zero everywhere. I’m wondering what the government are trying to achieve. Meanwhile something like 70% are still in favour of the lockdown. No wonder when they’re on a paid holiday or delayed redundancy they’ll still be paying for in 30 years time, at least, what with the 2008 borrowing included.

I'm in favour of continuing the lockdown for a while longer even though it means that I don't earn anything and i can't go on holiday

What is Boris’s agenda these days? Looks like it’s just please people today, chuck em some money to stay in power, only this is a fortune over a shorter time period, but watch businesses and jobs go down. You realise you’re pleasing the people, or some of them, with the wrong policies, and change them. (Watch the 3 month too late 14 day quarantine idea that should’ve been a ban, scrapped) Include pleasing the Labour Party heartlands in favour of lockdown who voted Tory. Not much thought into the policies that keep people content and happy over the next 4 years. It’s like a messier version of Tony Blair.

The sun is shining everyday and there’s the odd heatwave. It’s not bad when you know it’s paid for (for now) and it’s for most of the summer.

Cummings has done a sterling job scaring the s*** out of many. I can’t believe some of those figures. Now how to reverse it? While on furlough you won’t. The economic naivety is mind boggling. I saw some articles (instructions) to questions on ‘How will lockdown affect me financially? How is it paid back? Will I have to pay it back?’ I kid you not. No it’s kickback for months longer. Actually it will be. Attachment: 8E684603-CDDB-4DAC-92C7-A46812F4A80F.jpeg (608.94Kb)

Something to bear in mind for those thinking an antibody test would be the golden ticket ‘Current antibody tests don't distinguish between the presence of neutralising antibodies, which would clear any new infection, and non-neutralising antibodies. We also don't know the importance of T-cell responses - another part of the immune system, which doesn't involve antibodies. As always, it’s never as simplistic as most make out
Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons. |
