Whatever happens and whoever he picks on Monday the whole crowd needs to put its antagonism to one side and support the team like never before.
That support could get us a result and so the team need to know they will get applauded not booed all the way through.
Chelsea are awful and there for the taking!

Absolutely Dolphin. We must support the team whatever our opinions about the manager and the Board. In return, though, the players have to put a shift in and show it means something to them.

If it's like Liverpool there will be cheers.
If it's like Bournemouth there will be boos.
Both ended in defeats, but they were very different in nature.
Fans want to see players giving their all and giving it a go.

That's the crux though, he's had ample opportunities to try something new and the best he came up with was playing three centre-backs and five defensive minded players in front of them. I just don't see him changing anything unless he absolutely has to and expecting that he will is increasingly becoming more a plea to the Gods than any real belief. As the much cited cliché goes, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the sign of insanity (a bit like me constantly refreshing the news to see if Roy's been sacked yet!)

Roy is so stubborn he’ll keep doing the same thing regardless. He won’t change, his approach to each game won’t change and the outcomes are unlikely to change too. The longer Roy stays the less opportunities there will be for a different outcome.

TL I think you’ve hit the nail on the head.

Roys pre Chelsea match press conference is at 1.30pm.
I wonder if the journalists will ask proper questions or instead focus on VAR, the weather and other unrelated Palace matters.

He must know that if we get spanked by Chelsea he's gone. Hoping he goes youth, all out attack, nothing to lose, he'll get paid anyway. Plaers in their right positions for once.

We need damage limitation, no way can he go youth all out attack. We will lose but it’s defend, defend, defend to have any chance with our quality prem players missing. No manager would have a chance with our remaining players in my opinion. We are doomed!

I suspect that Mr Hodgson will be in situ until the end of the season and will receive a rapturous reception at his last game at Selhurst Park.

Chelsea are not there for the taking. In the same way Brighton weren’t either. Although that doesn’t stop people making silly statements, I suppose

Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons.

They are not allowed.

The system is rigged they select media they want and sort of scripted to a point otherwise that person wont get access again in the future.
