I think Parish has interviewed various managers but those with half a brain can see he is a sun tanned ponce with no knowledge of football so have told him to stick the job where the sun dont shine. I expect Roy to get the job now.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.
