Sunak is by a long way the better candidate in my view, so he obviously will not win.

The majority of the Conservative MPs agree with you

I have had a feeling for a few weeks that they are putting the thickest, strangest , awkward in front of camera- candidate in- just so she is so bad, that a call for leader a few months before the general election is put out- someone with form of turning it around, if only in fantasy! Cue bungle, arriving in a st georges wire mesh outfit, gates of downing st opened, the lemmings-or lemons cheering- and another 5 years of britain being the laughing stock of the world!

It's Truss, with 57% support.

On that basis, it's unlikely to do a good job

“My experience of life is that it is not divided up into genres; it’s a horrifying, romantic, tragic, comical, science-fiction cowboy detective novel. You know, with a bit of pornography if you’re lucky."

What a disgrace this is:-

The new Prime Minister, almost certainly dreary Thatcher look-alike
Truss, will be foisted on us by 160,000 pale, male and stale Conservative members – 96% white, 66% men, 70% over 50 – representing less than 0.4% of the electorate.

What a s**t-show.

So only 57% of the 160,000 pale male and stale voted for her and she becomes PM.

That's under 0.2% of the electorate.

Best go and have a lie down Steeley. The pale, male rhetoric is pretty boring now and obviously wrong. Unless you know all the 160,000 were pale males

Well if this ever did happen, can we assume you will take your EU passport and leave these dastardly shores?

You could have joined a while ago and had a vote yourself.

In a country of 66 millions, less than 100,000 people chose the Prime Minister.

Probably best off because if you ask everyone, things like Brexit happen

Nobody chose Gordon Brown. No one.

This is the system and this is the possibility when you force out a PM, however they e performed.
