Good points.

I am not excited by Camarasa or Cahill at all, although I do see the necessity for the latter.

If we do not sign a new striker, winger and right back by Thursday we are in big trouble. I highly doubt that will happen.

I doubt it on the winger. Striker and RB are highly essential, but we’ve been here before, haven’t we? No backup left back to Souare and one striker in Benteke who inevitably got injured. The thing is both those holes were in 2 different seasons. Imagine more holes than 1 in the same season!

Suspect our next signing will be J Cloth.

Whilst watching SSN last night I noticed that for two of our 'rivals' in the lower half, Bournemouth have spent £45m whilst receiving £10m and Brighton have spent about £40m with Maupay possibly to add to that. Meanwhile we have sold AWB for £45m up front and paid out £2.5m for the awful Ayew. What is going on at Palace? Does anybody have any idea at all about how to run a football club?

So shall we recap the issues we are currently expierencing?

- No premier league quality RB
- No back up winger who is actually an out and out winger
- 3 strikers who have a combined goals last season of 2
- An aging squad with only 2 players in the whole squad under 25 (meyer and riedewald)
- only made 2 signings this window at a combined 2.5 million and have recieved 50 million for AWB
- multiple other Prem teams who we are similiar stature to us signing world class players

Lets just say i am not massively excited for this upcoming season unless we make some big signings by Thursday!

Last 2 windows have quite honestly been embarrassing, I am surprised RH is still with us!! Things seriously need to change IMO

We’ve lost £45 mil in the last 2 acconts reported an who knows about what’s still to be reported. The wage bill is still too high. Answered.

New owners or the overhaul of the team when Zaha goes is the reality of the possible changes.

Roy doesn't deal with the transfers, it's up to Dougie and the board. So you can't blame him really. In fact last week he said in a press conference that he isn't happy with the current situation.

As the clubs in and around us break club transfer records and generate some excitement we look set to sign a semi-retired centre-back on a lucrative deal while our star player looks set to play this season in his back garden. Our back four looks like a Facebook memory from three years ago while our forward line is a gift from Lourdes. Typically we usually don't sign any of the players we have been rumoured with, so I'll be keeping an eye on the leftfield for this season's Kinder surprise(s).

He could equally mean that he's surprised that Roy hasn't left in frustration.

Said it before and ill say it again, Parish may well have been our saviour but his dealings in transfers are to say the least awful. Even when a decent purchase is made the wages are far to high for our club. Hes santioned them so the butt stops with him. He really cant moan about cost of wages when hes said yes to the deals.

On a side note how much has cpfc paid to Mr Parishs company over the last few seasons?
