Lombardo or Jansen. Does anyone know if Ismael is playing for Galatasaray at the moment?

I would have to say:

Best Goalkeeper: Nigel Martyn
Best Defender: Kenny Sansom
Best Midfielder: Atillio Lombardo
Best Striker: Ian Wright, Wright, Wright.... So great they named him thrice....lol

You also have to give a special mention though to Jim Cannon don't you, a real stalwart at the back for the Palace in the 80's and ever present.

They would be my Favourite Palace players ever. I don't think that I could choose one that stands out. Obviously I was born in 76 so I can't comment on Palace before then, but obviously older fans would probably include John Jackson, Don Rodgers, Steve Kember etc, etc.

This club of mine constantly tests my loyalty but I as do many other fans never falter or crumble My loyalty to the Palace will never waver My unadulterated passion for a club I’ve grown up supporting wont die, and my desire to keep coming back and take the blows won’t succumb to negativity

Marc Edworthy. Though he was a vastly under-rated player, and the year we went down he was a real shining light.

Plus, you can tell he had talent - V******s sold him!

Think you'll find that was the Arsenal song for him Don't think we ever sung that (except last yr at Gillingham when he was stood on the terraces with SJ)

Anyway, Geoff Thomas, Jim Cannon, Wrighty or Lombardo... all great in there own way

Since I have been coming to Palace...certainly Chris Coleman was one of my faves. He could be a good manager too as he dont want to Foolham job full time...SJ??

But having seen loads of footage...so many great players such as Don Rogers,John Jackson,Jim Cannon, Ian Wright, Geoff Thomas, John Salako....

But my vote goes to Mark Bright. My all time FAVOURITE player for us.
