h) v Wolves L2-0. 2000-01

All I remember is Ketsbaia getting sent off, Palace season ticket holders ripping up their tickets and throwing them onto the pitch, and Wayne Carlisle hitting EVERY corner we won straight out.
That was truly the nadir.

Blimey I remember that! Rubins got a broken leg thanks to the dirty c*** Ketsbia. It was a awful wet day clowds were grey and we were getting closer and closer to relgation. I couldn't even get a fooking programme! On the bright side tho Smith got the sack thanks to the result and thousands of Palace fans singing "If you want Smith out stand up." Then Kember came in and saved us from relegation, a blessing in descise that game

From this season, has to be Fulham away, they were awful, but we were even worse.

Ever, I think 6-1 at home to Liverpool, only game I have ever left early. So much hope and expectation shattered in 90 mins.

OR a Watford cup game, we won in last minute of extra time with a George Ndah header I think but other than that nothing, and I mean NOTHING happened. It was bloody freezing as well.

Sh*t. What? Rollers. No. Yeah. Sh*t.

There was a game against huddersfield a few years ago when we were in serious debt. It was a Tuesday night freezing cold poured with rain scorline 0-0. Awful.

that wigan one was a shocker. millwall on boxing day 2003 was a disappointment. should have won 8-1 that day.

... and i'm trying not to feel that goal was for you...

Haha, just thinking though, this is a quality thread, the f*cking sh*t we have been through. Stupid existence being a football support isn't it? But all these crappy lows make the good times oh so sweet.....

Liverpool 9-0 Palace. I was only 8 but that game just stuck in my head for ages. Even Geoff Thomas blazed his penaly so high over the bar, Johnny Wilkinson would of been proud. I mean Glen Hysein scored against us and never scores.

Gillingham away 03/04. Shocking 1-0 defeat under Steve Kember, they had man sent off, freedman missed pen and had to sit in a temporary stand with no cover right next to the pikeys!

Thats half the fun going to that dump!

Also, at the Prestfieds, we suffered yet another defeat. 2-1 this time. Was the last game of the season 02/03 season i think. It was boiling hot day and if i remember correctly, they had Nyron Nosworthy up front. Five mins into the game, the bloody b******s were 2-0 up!

playing wise it was the 5-0 away at wigan

weather wise it was Blackpool away in the cup. Hurricane conditions, open seating - lovely.

(at least we won)

Wigan 5-0 on sky is by far the worst performance ive seen but live it has to be the 3-1 lose against a poor Crewe side in the same year. Both toally unacceptable. However the lows are lifted by teh highs
