Perhaps he named it after Malcolm.

It all feels a bit like a mid-life crisis and his professional success has clearly lead to a bit of a God complex.

I expect his profile will crash and burn one way or another over the next few years - too many bad decisions.

Hi strangest view being that the world is dangerously under populated. He fears extinction of the human being.

And kudos to that nutter. At least he spoke his mind and probably the truth.
Many could actually learn from that and ordinarily he may have been aghast at what’s happening in the west.

I'm not talking about Malcolm Allison.

He is right to observe birth rates and make the logical conclusion, while at the same time knowing more about robotics and AI than most.

He worked on that as well or knows a man that invented it at least

He fears low birth rate.

It IS a real problem for Europeans. With current trends of birth rate, at some point, the massive over population of Earth relative to resources will become a planet of old people with insufficient youth to sustain industry. Male fertility is also dropping, which makes things worse.

Only sub Saharan Africa has a high birth rate now.

Well, with 12 children of his own (so far) he at least practices what he preaches.......

Everyone who believes in Democracy should like Musk simply because he's a check on the Left...particularly people like Zuckerberg and that absolute tw@T he bought the company off.

You don't have to like Musk personally, just like the check and balance he brings to social media and the world.

Of course the BBC hate him because he's not Left Wing and tries to give everyone a voice. Left and Right wing extremists and radicals do all post on X as they do on other platforms. It's a challenge to regulate but we can't cherry pick bad posts to huff & puff about to suit our political leanings.
