4-1 to Liverpool, but I do think we can pick up points in our remaining fixtures if we have Eze and Olise fit, and if Richards or Guehi return so we can have Lerma back in the midfield (he doesn't seem to be that highly rated on here but his energy and competitiveness in the middle of the park are really missed).

I believe that we will score but refs will not change and this may result in a 2-1 to them.
Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course). |

For those interested, Chris Kavanagh is the Match Official & Michael Oliver is VAR.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

If we can keep it tight and the score low I will be happy. we need to be thinking about our goal difference now. Its not the time for expansive football. its results over pretty football time of year.

Chris Kavanaugh was the referee in the Palace / Chelsea match who failed to send off last man, Thiago Silva, for handball preventing Ayew a clear run on goal. VAR asked him to review his yellow card decision but he stuck to his guns. Not a referee to give any quarter to the “little” teams.

And if it was Moan United instead of Palace he would not be officiating.

Yes, this is mine. Mateta to score early. We are nifty starters... You cant play a team with a front line like theirs and expect to come away with anything if we can only field a makeshift back 3. And woe is us, as this will remain the position till the last 4 games. And check the fixtures. I expect us to be a couple of points off the bottom 3 after Sunday with goal difference really hurting us. HOL will be awash with pessimism and resignation. And West Ham will likely yield at best a point causing even more waling and gnashing. After that, fitness permitting, I expect things to get sufficiently better to survive by a handful and a joyful 3 points on final day against Manure. But things are going to get worse first. 4-2 to Pool. But if they have an off day, it could possible be a high score draw. Great that Olise is coming back to fitness, and he might bring the best out of Eze. Our fitness is improving. But defensively we are very vulnerable and that isn't going to change soon

I’ve got a feeling we might cause an upset and win this one. Hopefully Olise will start and click again with Eze causing them problems. We must however go for it and can’t revert back to our normal shell if we score first. Score 2- 3 with Mateta getting the winner.
