Pathetic BS from Sunak, what democracy is the talking about, he is an unelected Prime Minister.

The returning officer returned George Galloway as MP for Rochdale by a majority of the votes.

When he finally submits to the voters, they will sling him out.

We are far more 'horrified' by the extremists in his own party than gorgeous George.

Galloway is a peculiar political animal. Openly courting the muslim vote, a non drinker, and in many other ways he is a bag of contradictions.

married at least 4 times. 6 Kids by 3 women ? An old school lefty who claims to be a Roman Catholic ? pro Arab and worked broadcasting on RT for a ton of money. etc etc.

The issue is why Sunak is bothered about Labour losing? This should be a wonderful day for him. Labour absolutely mullered. Humiliated. In a seat they should stroll.

But instead he seems more downbeat than Starmer.

Something is very, very wrong with our politics. This is insanity.

oh yes, its almost as if Labour & Conservatives are in cahoots. The coca cola & Pepsi of the soft drinks industry.....and they are p.1s5ed off when a Ryanair-cola appears to upset the applecart.

Finishing third behind an independent was a disaster.

Not that disastrous in a seat they last won in 1951.

Rochdale is politics settling out along ethnic lines. And politics will work its way through to the physical world.

As has been said many times and as voting demographics prove again and again, Ethnic minorities will only vote for their own interests against a host culture.

When voting separates between different national groups, the democratic process fractures, ruptures, and will eventually break. It'll take as long as demographics decides....demographics are your destiny.

This was an entirely self created problem by social/neo liberals and supported by the majority of the left.

The people called 'far right' were the ones telling the truth all along. However, people do love being sold a pup, because to paraphrase the saying, a comfortable lie feels better than an inconvenient truth.

I note that all this commentary about Politicians being threatened is when we suddenly hear about it.

They couldn't give a feck about the common man and woman in the street watching their local demographics change without being asked.

No, as soon as the imported that they allowed in are mean to them....that's when you hear about it.

Not though when the Labour Party did not effectively field a candidate. In a red wall seat for Galloway to win, with a local independent second, for the Tories to come third and Reform nowhere was a disaster.
