Showed humility, respect, determination and reality. I can see them bonding as strongly as Andre did with Roy.

From the team building and character points of view I think we should be very happy with this appointment.

He used the word ‘softly’ a couple of times in interviews indicating that he doesn’t want to overload the players with too many changes in these early days.
Similarly, in discussing his appointment of the fitness coach he is not expecting the players to suddenly turn into a relentless pressing outfit.
He talks positively but in a measured way.
Let’s hope he’s more Juergen Klopp and less Christian Gross.
