I think this was a nice tribute. I always think of Ayew as being very quiet and modest but his character really shines through here. I noticed with Roy, the older he got, the scratchier he became. In the end he became downright angry and rude.
As I get older, I feel myself heading in a similar direction.
I reckon most people end up heading down that path. Why we become known as angry old codgers.

Becomes harder to cope with and adapt to change as the brain ages which is why it's beyond remarkable that Roy has lasted in the game as long as he has (Colin not far behind...having said Palace would be his last gig well over a decade ago).
