I heard that he's incredibly injury prone because one of his previous teams always rushed him back from injury without proper rest time or treatment, so maybe not worth the gamble.

Who would you want to bring on as a sub?
Will Hughes
Ozoh
Or Wilfred?
For me a Palace legend whose petulance I could take in return for actually running at the opposition with the ball and playing with skill and flair. We have missed him.

Following Palace since 25 Feb 1978

Pretty sure we could get 2/3 younger options through the door that were equally as effective for the wage we'd have to pay him. Add to which he's unable to remain match fit to justify that cost so a non starter for me.

Red & Blue since 73'

Exactly Wilf has had his day with us great memories and certainly saved us from relegation more than once.

However he has lost his pace and that is what Glasner is trying to inject into the team, we don't need Wilf slowing us down.

I would hate for him to return and the be the butt of the fans for not delivering.

I for one am not 'Banging the drum' for the return of Zaha.

We affectionately remember Wilfried Zaha and he is worthy of plaudits for his sterling efforts over the years, however at the present time he does not for the profile of the type of player we wish to bring to the club.

I don't really see the Zaha thing as a looking forward or going back thing.
If he became available and wanted to return, then I'd take him providing it made economic and footballing sense for the club. If we can sign a better option, then so be it.

He will no doubt go elsewhere if it's about money.
