Awful. Completely lacking in ambition, ideas, organisation. Anything positive, really.

Unfortunately all the stuff that many of us said in the summer about our lack of transfer and managerial ambition is now coming to fruition.

Usually we do better in the second half, let's hope that somehow we come out with a different mentality.

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold...

From the look on Roy's face, they're in for the 'hairdryer' treatment and half time.... let's just hope it works!

The worry is that with the players at our disposal it's difficult to see things getting that much better.

Bournemouth are too good to be true.

It is still only 1 you never know.

For all his work rate Ayew is completely alienated up top, and the Bournemouth defence are free to mob him, knowing that there is no threat whatsoever down the middle from us, in attack or in midfield, and with our only other threatening player having to constantly cover the entire right flank as Ward is not up to it, constantly getting caught out by long diagonals, we have absolutely nothing to offer as a team. Just awful from a threadbare team.

We’ve been appalling, absolutely shocking.

If it’s one point from these, Luton, Forest and Everton Hodgson will have to go surely.

Disgraceful

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Let's hope Ward makes up for his lapses by scoring another miracle goal or at least setting one up with a brilliant ball to the box.

Failing that, perhaps everyone forward of Lerma should clear out and let Olise take on all of Bournemouth by himself.

Zero cohesion between them. They look lackadaisical, uninspired and disjointed. As much as I like Chris Richards, I fail to see what he brings to the midfield going forward. More passing sideways and backwards than seems needed and Wards legs are shot.

Roy needs to do the unusual and play some of the younger, more attack minded players. Fitting Richards into midfield when there's Hughes and Ahamada, I think is bizarre. I expect he will push the boat out and make subs at 82 mins in and 90.

Nice to see Jeff Stelling hosting Amazon's 'Goals as they go in'

He and (Bianca) sadly missed on Sky Sports.

Back to the game.
The manager must have a change round in the second half. The old 'reliables' are not up to it. Ahamada to make the midfield more productive and one of the youngsters. Perhaps he will play his 'trump card' - Mateta? Too right he will.

One can only wonder how we will be humiliated in the next 4 fixtures.

Don’t understand all the negativity.
Bournemouth are a good little team, like Luton, and Everton. We are at home to a team below us, so Roy is playing for, well with a bit of luck, a point. What else should be expect? Surely not a home win? Come on all you Roy haters, get behind the team.
