I am happy to own the term far/dissident Right.

But what you saw yesterday, was NOT from my area of political discourse. Every single influential voice from my sphere was urging people to stay away. Proclaiming it for the very clear trap it was.

Imagine you are walking through a supermarket car-park. You witness a violent row between two people. Walk away. Don't get yourself stabbed for a fight you probably do not even need to understand.

such is the current situation.....Palestine, the Left, Israel, the Right....

Yes - Prods and Fenians.

Found this interesting. France is holding a march against anti-Semitism which is being attended by the Right, but not the Left, (Far, of course, in each case).

It mentions in the article that this shift is happening across Europe.

Bit ironic that Britain is moving to the left since distancing ourselves from Europe, while Europe is shifting to the right.

The glue of multiculturalism looks like it's not as binding as we were encouraged to believe.

The move towards the Right in much of Europe is driven by different pressures to those here in the UK but all underpinned by the same utterly baffling hypocrisy of the Left continent-wide when it comes to Islam.

By ANY kind of measure, then the Left should be diametrically opposed to any kind of growth in Muslim populations in the West. Islam is a belief system that in almost any and every conceivable way at odds with every tenet of Left wing ideology. Far, far more socially Conservative than any extreme 'far Right' Western ideology.

And yet they champion them at the expense of the native population of Europe. Literal insanity that has no rational explanation.

To some extent then yes, very much so. But given my own (potentially rabid) conspiracy theory about how ALL of this current shenanigans is linked to a wider plan to effectively see a mass transfer of the Palestinian people from the Middle East to the West, then it actually is our fight.

Just not the ludicrous and clearly stage-managed hysteria of yesterday although I suspect this to part of that plan as what it does is present a narrative that it is 'Far-Right' to oppose these marches and when, by default, we are presented with the fact that Europe is expected to absorb 2-3 million 'refugees', then to oppose similar will be portrayed as a sign of being some kind of proponent of full-on Neo-Nazism.

One of the biggest ironies of the current state of politics is that there seems to be a lot of contact between Right-wing activists from the UK and the Republic now than ever before with shared appreciation/support of the real problem.

How the Left have managed to become a genuine shared enemy that now transcends (or at least helps negate) any kind of old historical animosities (albeit outside of the usual sordid s*** in the north which strikes me more about control of the drugs trade than any kind of theological debates) will be studied in years and decades to come.

In fact, the links and bonds being formed across Europe now are truly encouraging and the notion of us all sharing far in common than that which separates us is perhaps a rare glimpse of hope in the current darkness.

Getting back to the point at hand. No one has got the cojones to come on here and discuss the goings on of today. It’s a common occurrence. Unless it furthers their agenda, they cop a total silence. And that is the problem with the way things go today. A total silo’d society. Blinkers on unless something sets the alarm off. Pathetic really.

Do please furnish us with a few quotes of such opinions from HOL ?

Speaking as someone with a master's degree in politics who studied radical political theory, I can tell you that is extremely oversimplified and limited view of it. Far Right politics involves highly performative nationalism, ostracising those deemed as "other" in a "them vs us" mentality, extreme social conservatism, desire for homogeny and hostility towards freedom of speech and protest if it opposes your views.
