Nor me, never thought I'd type that, and who says we don't have quality players on the bench.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

True, I think we’ve all slipped into some sort of weird parallel universe

Crazy turn around. Commentators scathing of our midfield in the first half and what a transformation with the three substitutions second half.

Well done to all concerned and hats off to our travelling support tonight who have been rewarded with four goals and a nice win.

Going back to that thread asking why Roy doesn't make more subs, this is the evidence of the obvious answer.

Those sitting on the bench, especially the midfield, are showing no evidence that they are good enough to compete with those in front of them who have had to bail them out.

We are paper thin - hopefully we can do something in the final days of the window.

It's a cup match - normal rules on performance are always suspended in cup games...

Once again Roy's genius shines through.

And now the BBC has gone on to report inaccurate information:

A superb gamer at Home Park ends in defeat for Plymouth.

Crystal Palace's four goals in six minutes, including a Jean-Philippe Mateta hat-trick sees them through to the third round.

4 goals in 6 minutes?
What were they watching?

If I'm not mistaken I think he scored a hat trick for his German club, Mainz.
