Just seen a click bait headline that Palace are looking at this £50m striker. LOL do they mean like I look at the Ferrari's in the showroom through the window and sigh "if only?"

It’s not happening and we all know it. We haven’t got that sort of money. How about a cheeky season long loan for Smith-Rowe. He’s down the pecking order and we still don’t know about Wilf

I’ve no evidence to corroborate that beyond him having links to the area however toyed with idea he might be both available and willing to move here temporarily at least?. Wondering if anyone has any insight there (more for my interest as opposed to transfer related - I have nowhere near the influence I’d like on Palace transfers, which is none at all).
