Almost conceded another from corner still not learnt to defend those either. Andersen is a weak link he is good at passing but nothing else and so slow. Hughes looking good again showing he should have been starting not wait until Jeff/Milo is out before he gets a chance. Sad state that Mateta doesn't even get a chance he must be off can't see point of keeping him.

Forest doing a smash and grab in a classic Roy fashion. We've had all the ball and look much the better team but Forest playing a low block and making it hard to break them down. Forest should have had at least four bookings and are being pretty physical given there's nothing riding on the game. Edouard has been awful and Ayew not having one of his better games (clearing off the opposition's line!), but everyone else has been ok I reckon. Given we looked better once Mateta came on against Fulham maybe he should get the second half. This is definitely a game where if we had a top drawer striker we probably wouldn't be losing at half time. As it stands Everton are going down...

Atmosphere turns toxic and Everton get a penalty
