It's a shame that we have to think two decent players for us over the years could really do with an upgrade. But it is how I feel. I feel it will be a weakness that we will be regretting by Christmas.

We’ve already been told there isn’t any money in the kitty unless we sell. If Wilf goes a replacement for him is surely more of a priority. Ward and Clyne will do a job. It may not be to everyone’s liking but Ward has been our right back in the prem for most of a decade. So he must be doing something right.

Just had a 'ping' from the club, as no doubt hundreds of you have as well, Wardy has officially signed an extention to his contract, 1 down 2 more(Clyne/Tomkins) to go.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |
