Which is exactly why this is unusual. There must have been a very strong sense of injustice to stir these people into potentially career limiting actions.

Raab’s response is outrageous. Weakling who has no introspection and can’t face his feedback.

Like when it was unusual when Patel was accused?

If they go for a hat trick, will you concede that there is a Remainer Leftist conspiracy, or will you just bulls*** as usual?

'The axles creak, the couplings strain'.

Desperate tories now bringing in voter suppression, civil servants are 'activists'.

And upsetting the EU for arresting an MEP who doesn't think the Home Office need to know his iphone and ipad pass-codes, bailed for 'threatening behaviour'.

'And sleep has deadened the driver's ear'

The story here is how Lefty civil servants are manipulating facts to get rid of Tory ministers.

They contacted The Guardian and said they would resign en masse if he stayed.

Say no more.

What is the betting that they are Remainers.

Sorry Hrolf but this post is conspiratprial cobblers.

Say what you really mean.

I think there is probably a more balanced reality.

I suspect that Raab is a demanding boss who ruffles a few feathers, but I know that the civil service has more than its fair share of slackers and incompetents.
I also know that the Civil Service has a left wing bias.

Put all that together and you get this.

Says it all really, remained on holiday holiday when Foreign Secretary while the Afghan goverment collapsed, didn't realise how close Dover was to Calais as Brexit secretary (doh), bullied many, but its the fault of Senior Civil servants far more intelligent and neutral than he, that he lost his job!

Deluded doesn't do it justice, but still many on here.....

I despair!

He has resigned,if he wasn't a bully he wouldn't have done so.

So just to be clear, when you stated the report found him guilty that is incorrect.

By pointing out your error I am not bullying you btw.

I notice with many on the left it doesn't really matter what someone does. If they do A it means B....if they don't do A it still means B.

I am no Raab apologist but there is nothing proven he " bullied many "

There would be few civil servants as intelligent as Raab based on his academic record, but that's a pesky fact for the idealogs

Delusion would be expecting a government minister to be politically neutral

Without being present on all the occasions it’s impossible to rule out something that someone would construe as bullying but from all I have read it doesn’t seem much more than a boss who demands people to do what he asks them to do, sets high standards and works hard himself. Whether you agree with his policies or not as a civil servant your job is to carry them out, whilst pointing out any legal impediments etc.

I don’t though buy the “leftish, remainder” conspiracy theory! That’s just silly.
