Congratulations to David Ozoh. His first. Up or down by 2 at 70', please PV, get him on the pitch. Hard to believe that only 2 1/2 years from the u15s to PL squad.

I take it that's Bournemouth then?

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

I just hope that if things don't go our way PV will be brave enough to bring on several subs not later than 60 minutes in.

All I am certain about this match is that if we lose, and in the same manner as against Forest and Fulham, all hell will break loose here.

I don't want another Hodgson or Southgate at Palace - I want PV to prove he is up to the job and if he is not then there is still time to find someone else.

This is a classic “there was nothing wrong with my selection against Fulham…it was the players fault”

“…So I’ll stick with virtually same team this week…”

I like attacking formations but our midfield is too thin. Everyone can see balance is wrong except PV and Osian Roberts who will no doubt bring on Hughes late when game is lost.

Sorry to sound negative guys. I’m just very frustrated with PV at the moment.

Happy to be proved wrong.

The beatings will stop when morale improves.

I'd rather have seen Edouard start in the middle. At least that is his position even if he is not a long term solution to our need for a decent striker. Wilf is far more effective playing out wide - lots of his goals come from him cutting in from the wing.

I have been in conversation with an array of supporters and negativity was prevalent amongst the masses.Downbeat comments with heads hung heavily akin to despondent mules.

The man is either an idiot or has an ego so big he can't possibly admit hes fecked up in previous games. Same players out of position, a few players who clearly shouldn't be on the pitch out there again, same tactics with Zaha a lone striker again? Do us a favour.
If we batter them i'll blame this post on a hacker.

For the first time in many years I left early on Boxing Day. I simply couldn’t stand it. I also couldn’t stomach seeing us clap off and applaud a player that had just been given a straight red. WTF.
Surely Zaha left, Olise right and Edouard or even Gordon through the middle. Hopefully we’ve seen the last of Tomkins.

My mistake, Zaha back on wing. That's a start I suppose

Thank goodness for a bit of humour in this angst-ridden thread.

Same old, same old. Really thought there would be more change. Edouard should have started, Wilf out wide and one of Eze or Olise dropped. Hughes should have had a start in midfield. I know the squad is weak, but Vieira doing himself no favours picking underperforming players.
