Nice goal Wilf. Well deserved. We've won the first half on points. Playing some great football, but our finishing too weak to be leading.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

We were much the better team in the first half but I fully expect W.Ham to be much improved in the second period and go on to win the game.

Really good first half. Definitely the better team and their goal came out of nothing. No point trying to blame anyone for that. Wilf dragging Dawson all over the place, he just needs to keep it simple around the box. We're moving the ball with a bit more purpose in the final 3rd which is good to see. Hopefully more of the same in the second half... can't imagine West Ham will be as poor in the second half

They look a little leggy and have had some fortune. What I want now is a lucky winner and that thug Dawson sent off.
