Put a dirty great fence around Leicester, pull the police out and let them get on with it. Nobody in. Nobody out.

It's a complete sh!thole so no damage will be done.

Why not put a trump style fence around the whole of the UK, with only the Airports as points of exit and entry, and blow up the Euro Tunnel

An absolutely crucial point here. Thank you for raising it.

What is happening in Leicester is a reality of 'modern Britain'. To oppose the very basics of why this is happening in the first place is actually, if you strip it down to its very core, 'anti-British'.

The reality of what is happening in Leicester is directly linked to very deliberate policies pursued by British elites. This is a top-down imposition of alien cultural influences/stresses on British streets. And cheered on by them. Celebrated.

I see lots of footage in Right-wing circles being bandied about concerning how the city of Leicester looked during the Queen's coronation. That world is lost to us. It's never coming back.

Nostalgia is wasted energy. What matters now is radical thinking about the future. Maple is right. He is far more 'British' now than I am.

So it appears this is all over an Asia Cup 20/20 cricket match. Both teams lost and Sri Lanka won the tournament, despite losing to Afghanistan in the first game.

Shines a light on how little the 2 groups have in their lives, and how divided the communities must be if they can argue then en masse start street battles over a game of tournament cricket where neither side won the tournament. I feel sorry for the neighbourhoods that have been caught out with gangs marauding the streets.

Right that the police get hold of this and that there is a re-education of these people. Clearly they aren’t each other’s enemies, but in the same boat to nowhere unless they can give it up.

Not a good look for the city Leicester, or the East Midlands.

Quite funny reading how much you lot can bitch at each other at how BRITISH or ENGLISH you are!!!

I take your point but personally I don't view nostalgia as wasted energy.

I view it as vital to understanding the decisions that led us to where we are. Multiculturalists shouldn't be allowed to hide from the statistical changes they are responsible for both demographical, cultural and criminal. The English are literally losing their cities.

All the left and neoliberals have to justify what they have supported are anti white buzz words to frighten people. More people need to stand up to that bullying and I think nostalgia reminds them of the cost of hiding.

I think your own posts reveal your attitudes.

I'm English, you aren't and I'll live and die here because it's at my core. That's a loyalty that you will never have.

Wow, you are desperate. I have always worked internationally. I could have had an extended gig in Prague but chose not to.

And yes, I am as English as they come. I always had a tea pot when I had meetings in Prague, what more need I say? Keep floundering up the granite rocks. You never know, one day you may make dry land

Clearly not the fault of the people causing the trouble as of this weekend. It’s beginning to look a bit like blm blaming the slave trade for all black peoples woes.
Ahh well give the whitey another kicking I guess!

Why don’t you inform yourself. Look up the history and the current Hindutva movement. That will help explain what is happening in Leicester but not excuse it.

How do I put this nicely? I don't believe you. I think you are as 'English' as your beloved granite shoreline.

The Left and the Neo-Liberals do not need to justify anything. They hate us. Utterly loathe us. That is why they do what they do. And the main stream Right? Utterly cucked by it all.

Currently watching the Queen's funeral. In many-ways absolutely symbolic of what was Britain's past dying. The only value in that video of Leicester in 1953 is to understand that the overwhelming (I suspect 99%) majority of those involved in the troubles in Leicester had absolutely nobody with whom they share any blood ties with those who lined those streets and/or took part in the celebrations.

That is the only value in it.

And for what?

British 'nationalism' is now only valid, and with any chance of success, if you accept it as the civic variety. Nothing wrong with that, in and of itself, and there are some smart people involved on that side whom I admire greatly. And perhaps the only way to move forward if you think the 'UK' can have a genuine future.

But otherwise, it all falls apart within the next 100 years. Interested in the debate about what comes next but ultimately Leicester represents both a massive failure of the entire multicultural project or else, if something can emerge from it, perhaps the future.

England, for all its many issues, has by and large, at least in terms of the last few hundred years, avoided sectarianism but this is now what threatens to cause mayhem once more. The Left are the ideological drivers behind this, ironically given their collective atheism, but the mainstream Right have also stepped to one side in the interests of placating what the globalists require in terms of ensuring wages are kept down. Yet Leicester represents exactly the kind of stresses that will become more and more pronounced in cities and towns throughout the UK, with even more complexities. At least this is a straightforward clash between Islam and Hindusim. A conflict that is as old as recorded history. But on British soil?

If you consider yourself on the Dissident Right then perhaps today truly represents a Rubicon moment because tomorrow, the world changes. We are into a new age. Hyperbolic? Perhaps a tad but we need to ponder on the Queen's reign and think about the world she came to the throne in compared to the one she has left behind. And what the UK might look like in 2092. If it exists at all.

I think Leicester is a continuation of the situation in India, and it is becoming more and more prevalent here.

Some places should have an Indian postcode. Leicester being one.
