Here’s hoping Pitter takes the job and they put someone clueless in charge for our visit! Have to say I wasn’t confident about getting a result there this season!

I would have thought Pottechino, but hope its Potter, unless they go for Thomas Frank who i think is a very good manager. I agree. When Arteta gets sacked and PV goes to Arsenal (hopefully not for a while) Thomas Franck would be my choice to replace him at Palace.

Been taking a peek at the Brighton and Chelsea forums (or should that be fora?). Needless to say Brighton don't want him to go and Chelsea are not keen on having him. Interesting to see how this plays out.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

Before you all laugh at the thought of Potter to Chelsea, depressing that a manager can have a short spell of success and in pops rich club with cheque book; out pops the coaching team. While we scrape along as seasonal survivors we are OK. The moment we are on form and cruising the top half we are vulnerable to plunder. That said, let's enjoy the schadenfreude while it lasts.

Interesting to see how this plays out. Forum (Latin) plural would be 'Fora', however, due to being in English usage 'forums' is also correct. You probably studied Latin at school, as I did. You can use either.

I didn’t realise Boehly has appointed himself Sporting Director wtf does he know? Could be sticking point in any appointment unless the £ talks more. Personally I don’t think this is the case with Potter

To be fair Potter is great. But I think he'd be mad to go, and Chelsea mad to appoint him. As he has shown, he'll need some time to evolve the football and he aint gonna get that at Chelsea. They are better off going for someone like Potch who can come straight in, and is used to these sort of situations
