I suppose change your boiler to propane but that needs electricity to operate and you can’t store that ! I am intrigued as to how you can do this ! Get a generator that runs off propane. We have one that automatically cuts in if the power goes out.

And for the tape, again! I get we are having an effect but my concern is the amount of impact against the potential alingside our pain financially and mentally. Where is the best case scenario WE. All we are told is the worst case so all the governments act on that. If I drank 6 pints and drove I’m likely to crash; doesn’t mean I will. Lots of examples of every day life and maybes but oh no. No responsible government plans for the best case scenario! They will hope for it, but must be prepared for the worst and expect something in between. In fact all we are now seeing suggests that the worst case scenario previously forecasted isn't severe enough, although we will need a few more years data to be sure of that. Climate change may not be fair, but it's not fair on anybody. We are in this together and must act together to deal with it. Encouraging people to find solutions in a commercial world means some will profit. That's all to the good. We just need to ensure the decision makers are driven by the science. Which I believe they are.

It’s a that what you mean about it being worse but only in England! When this said data is gathered and if the results tell us we were wrong to ‘panic’ will we all get a green tax rebate? No of course not. There is not allowed to be middle ground in this climate crap. Unquestionably you have to agree it’s real or you are a bad mad person who deserves abusing and cancelling.

no one is against making a healthy profit. However, what we are seeing in a lot of instances in the energy sector / fuel sector / retail sector is the big players effectively forming a cartel on keeping prices high. Ironically, at a time when wholesale prices are tumbling, the major retailers are all spouting Ukraine/Brexit/Climate Change bo110x. It's insulting to the intelligence when these excuses are used, and yet record profits are being posted. It is extortion, pure and simple.
I disengage, I turn the page. |

Good old EU, I’m sure glad we left that club as that would now be us. It’s due to the war in Ukraine they say; personally I reckon it’s more brainwashed politicians carrying out their duty to the planet. Happy holidays They didn't say how they would police that? And what about people who are sick it is well known that people with various medical conditions are likely to die in hotter weather.

The world exists outside England. Impacts are being found everywhere. That’s no coincidence. Listen to the real scientists. It’s not just what we have seen in the last few weeks. It’s evidence over recent years from a great number of places. The warnings were proved real, but understated. Yet you want to dismiss it as crap!
