Really enjoyed that. Great result. Great game. Great winning goal.
Women have really come on in the last couple of years.
Honestly preferred that to the England men.

WSL players are to be included in the new EA sports FIFA game.
Can see a quota system being enforced eventually !
Good or bad for profits ?

A woman I work with went to the game with her husband and two daughters. None of them had ever been to a football match before.

They left the ground at full time, opting not to stay for extra time and possible penalties because they "didn't want to get home too late".

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

She'll be a pundit on Match of the Day for the next game.

Not sure how you get so much enjoyment from watching this. I thought I would give it a go as I’d managed to avoid the tournament to date, but switched off after just 10 minutes. It really is a dreadful standard of football.

I’d like England to win of course, but I won’t be watching.

Its basically a different sport bud, playing style is different, strengths and weaknesses are different. Its not really fair to look at it through the eyes of mens football.

I will say the standard has improved so much in the last few years, tactical side has improved drastically, passing has drastically improved. Ive watched almost every game this year and have been really impressed by the change in standard.

Goalies are still frustrating to watch but thats probably because I am used to goalies being towering giants!

First womens team to produce a bunch of players over 6ft will be unstoppable!

Oh god, I didnt notice that during the matches, I must have been too soy to notice! Whats happened?

We are constantly told men and women are equal and rightly so apart from a woman doesn’t have a p**** etc. Why can’t the women be just crap at football because that’s what they are compared to men. Why lie to make the bbc feel better.
