Cup tie - anything. can happen. Would love league form to play out but all it takes is an early goal the wrong way.

2-1 I hope

Do wonder how Andros feels about his move now. It all started off so well for him there but he was always a Benitez selection and he now seems to be a long way down the pecking order.

Obviously on paper we will go through then we get the joy of playing Chelsea, City or Liverpool not sure my nerves could handle it

They will be buoyed by their last gasp win against Newcastle. Richarlison and Gray will be dangerous and worry about our right side. We have a lot of threat ourselves. Normally would predict a draw so could go to penalties with everybodies nerves frayed. COYP !!

Predicting Palace results is like sticking the pin in the donkey , speaking of Donkeys its about all they have left to select from given their injury list and cup tied players

Might even see our old mate Cenk get a run out

A win without any dramas please ,cant see them putting up too much of a show if we dont encourage them

I’m hoping for an early goal for us. Settles the nerves somewhat. Another before half time 2-0 will be very pleasing. More than happy if that is the result.

because its typical palace fashion.. and you are turning into what you accuse others of

That's the likely scenario, which we will find almost boring, not knowing what to do with ourselves... times are changing...

This is a different Palace side that doesn't rely so much on guts and determination, this side also relies on organisation, resilience and skill. I am not saying we will coast it but that we will win because we are a better team than them. 2-0.
Having written that we haven't done the business against anyone in the cup yet but I will stick with 2-0.

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

Have a feeling all 4 away teams in the quarter-finals will win - and that includes Everton.

I'm so excited
And I just can't hide it
I'm about to lose control and I think I like it.

Awake before 5am this morning. Ridiculous. Excited, and it's only the 1/4 final.
And I'm old.... what must it be like for youngsters.
Don't care how many we win by, just win.
