Someone sprang to mind, remember Jovan Kirovski from the states? his stay was brief, but under Steve Bruce for that short spell he looked a damn good player and I really liked him

Steve Bruce signed him for us and also signed him for Birmingham.
He was a product of the Man Utd academy and I believe was at the club at the same time as Bruce.

I don’t think he lasted long at Brum either. I just remember he had this strange habit of actually being able to pass to a team mate, which was rare for a palace midfielder at that time, he weighed in with a few goals as well if I remember right

Didn't we have the current USA national team coach there too? Berhalter or something?

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Indeed Gregg Berhalter played for us, signed by Alan Smith from a Dutch club.

Along with Kevin ‘ticker’ Taylor and Tony Finnigan, he was one of those players in that team that Sir Coppell was starting to shape after the depression of the years before, along with the more obvious hero’s of Wright Bright and Gray

A few years back now, I was in a pub in Hove called ' The Alibi ', a regular haunt then, now sadly closed down.

I was wearing a Palace polo shirt and a punter started talking to me about the club and said that TF was his best mate. He must have sensed that I didn't believe him ( actually I didn't care ! ), so he rang TF on his mobile and passed the phone over to me...awkward....!

Craig Moore.

Wasn't at Palace for long, but he was a class act. Far too good for the team we had then under Venables second time around.

Yes Craig Moore was a good player.Signed from Rangers.
He did go on to sign for Newcastle, and I have a feeling it was Souness who signed him.
