It will be interesting to see who is in the squad to Australia, more interesting is who isn't.

Yes, will be interesting. Will there be an announcement of the touring party? Or find out when they get there?

Touring squad is a little disappointing to say the least. no Olise,no Eze and no Zaha.Even if just one of them was comeing i would be a bit happer with it ,But still should be a good couple of days meeting up with everone.

Anyone know where the Palace fans are meeting pre Utd game tomorrow?

We have travelled over here so would be good to meet up.

There is a fan event with guests planned at the Imperial Hotel Bourke St Melbourne. Check out Palace_Guard(Ross Philips on FB) for further details.

On the subject of Australia, I read that we've imported one of their restaurant chains to the UK. Karen's Diner.

This place sets out to be Britain's rudest restaurant. The staff abuse the customers, throw the menus on the table and generally treat you with didain. No doubt they think it's all a larf.

Well, call me old fashioned, but I can safely say it's not my idea of a fun dining out experience.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Thoughts?

At the time you posted this link it seemed a great move forward in progress of the club. And a possibility for first clas preparation for league action.
The reality now is , How does it really do that much for the clubs image , to send a depleted squad to face the standards set to them.?
Viera, himself is now publicly saying this is not helping preparation for the season.
The reasons for going half cock have been given, and the injury one doesn’t really stand up, the team against Ipswich was loaded with our first choices. The point being if health restrictions were the problem we must have been aware in Feb,something needed sorting out.
I expect a bit of flack on this, but it seems I am at least half in line with Viera.
