Thanks for all the responses. This is what these boards are about! We’re currently in Warwickshire which is nice but we yearn for a new adventure.

I am still around. Still watching on TV. Went to Plymouth to see the 4-2 win in the cup and Bournemouth away last year. Got tickets from a PL assistant who also lives in Cornwall who is a mate of mine. The problem with the pubs is they cannot be relied on and tend to show the “big” teams but if anyone knows for sure we will be on why not? I do manage to stream almost every game though. I am surprised WE that you illegally stream games - you usually come across as quite righteous and law abiding.

For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Wisbech Careful old chap. It’s a slippery slope. You’ll be stuffing steak down your trousers soon because Mr Tesco is also making too much money. :-)

This is an interesting point that you raise WE in that you imply you are happy to ignore rules/laws that you do not believe in. I am curious as to which over laws you are happy to break - as Xkudu suggests, tongue in cheek, would you be happy to shoplift if you felt the store was overcharging or profiteering? The way this thread is headed I can see it being moved into News/Politics section

My son is a Palace supporter, as I am, and he moved to Helston a few years ago. His son is also a Palace supporter. When he visits me in Bucks, it has been known for us to travel to the hallowed ground of Selhurst to cheer on the team.
