One of the greatest ending of any film. Plus it's one of my ringtones for my phone. Originally posted by eagleman13

Can't really post here as I don't want to reveal any spoilers but... Thought it was a good (long!) film. Some wokery I was prepared to overlook / roll my eyes. Ending: not a fan. Not sure what more I can / should say, but it was a good plot, some amazing scenes (the forest sequence being a favourite that sticks out), but I'd just prefer a different ending. Anyway, pan-sexual heroin-addicted panda idenfifying as an attack helicopter for the next Bond please!

It makes a change a bond film having something different you can’t give away as it’s usually the same old sort of stuff. I’m finding it hard, because it’s the first time I’ve seen a film on opening night and can’t discuss it till more people have seen it.

Anyone wondering if this is worth seeing should rest assured that it is brilliant. Very long, but not boring at all. The only weakness was a rather dismal theme song. No spoilers here. We can talk about the details later.

I’m intrigued what the ending is. Bond ends up in a coma. Or the Bond girl dies. Sort of already done in Casino Royale. Perhaps it’s not just bond and the Bond girl at the end and it’s a threesome involving either the baddie female assistant or Miss Moneypenny. Maybe all 4. Don’t tell us. Bond discusses his thoughts about becoming the first double O transsexual. Or Bond quits and goes to live in Truro. Maybe become a Lib Dem candidate down there. Or join the greens in Brighton. Maybe join extinction rebellion and spend his time on his retirement money lying down in front of p1ssed off people trying to get to work as they take the law into their own hands and drag them off the road. Don’t tell me. He decides to take the easy life as a diversity or climate change manager in a small town hospital somewhere and gets paid pretty well for not a lot. I’ve got to see this now. Casino Royale was brilliant in the cinema and this sounds like it is as well. I also liked Spectre. Less said about the other one. Still don’t know the point of it.

saw in on Tuesday - at what point can we talk about the spoilers? As someone mentioned above, I couldn't believe what they did with Bond at the end, and what that means for future films. I have some thoughts. This needs to be discussed, is it too soon?
