Is it me or is this a crazy situation. My son has to work tomorrow and might not make it, but how can you transfer your ticket to someone else at short notice? The FAQ says email the box office, so do you have to wait for the club to respond before you go? I emailed the box office this question hours ago and quelle suprise, they haven't answered yet. Wonder if anyone will go legal. Bet Palace ar badly exposed. They could have sorted it all for one week of Benteke wages. He probably won’t even make the team

I was emailed at 12.22 pm Friday to say as I had not not downloaded anything into my phone wallet the e ticket would be emailed to me later in the day, no email has arrived. No idea what to do

For those still struggling with their season tickets... E-mail Boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk informing them of the issue. I had similar problems like some mentioned here in downloading and so they sent me an e-ticket (pdf that can be printed off) for spurs match home match 11th Sept 2021 Their response was pretty quick. In my e-mail I made sure to include my name and membership no. too. Good luck!

Only option now is early morning visit to box office. This sorry tale was posted elsewhere.
He had still received nothing, so today he trecked over to the Box Office. He reckons it took him two hours to get inside (I don't know if he was exaggerrating) but in any event he said it was quite amusing chatting with people in the queue. When he eventually got in, they couldn't work out what was going wrong, but they gave him an e ticket for Spurs, with an explanation of how to fold it, and put it through the machine. My friend was quite pleased to get this, but just before leaving the guy in the Box Office said "I should just warn you sir that if you do subsequently receive an email, it will invalidate the e ticket I have just given you. My friend replied "Well, there's no chance of that. I've been trying to get an email for 3 weeks without receiving one. I'm hardly likely to get one now." Well, guess what happened within an hour of him getting home. He received an email (which was actually inaccurate, as it referred to him receiving messages in the past, and that a non-existent ticket was enclosed) but warned him any e ticket he had would no longer work. For the second home game, he will not be going. And neither will I, as the whole thing is beyond me. I have written to the Box Office asking for a manual season ticket - no reply so far

Edited by Spiderman (11 Sep 2021 8.11am) Bloomin' 'eck, does sound like it's going to be tricky. I've just seen that the game is live on BT Sport so I'm as happy as Larry out here in the sticks.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

The reason I ask is, I also thought this for Brentford game but son pointed out the actual ticket was right at the bottom. The format of these emails are strange

Palace aren't the only ones having trouble with the new system. I have it on good authority from a Chelsea employee that they are having trouble as well.

I have to say it was a breeze getting in yesterday. I arrived at my turnstile for the Main Stand about 25 minutes before KO and there was hardly an queue, and the downloaded season ticket on my phone gave me immediate entry. Was this the same in other parts of the ground?
