New ticketing system using mobiles

I have do not have a smart phone , and don't need one
Tried to down load and print my tickets and failed .
Off to the ticket office tomorrow to see what they can do , should be fun .

You shouldn't have to do that, it's a disgrace, they've got your money, now they couldn't care less.

Disgrace that you should have to do that.
So close to the first match too.
It's an absolute shambles and a shocking way for a business to treat normal customers let alone loyal fans like us!

Whilst its probably a case that the club havent thought this through- some bright spark somewhere just assuming that everyone has a smartphone & a printer -

To me - the club should set up some form of list where people can register that they dont have / dont want that level of technology - the club should then print off those tickets in advance & so they can be collected at the box office.

Or let us use our old Season Ticket card.

It's not just the decision but also how late it's been made known to us.
We're talking about a multi million pound business here that has known the date of the new season 3 or 4 months in advance.

Or they could stick with the card system,which is available to everyone,and has proven to be very successful.
