I’m scared, I’ll be watching from behind the sofa, calculator in hand.

If by some act of god we avoid defeat it would be Brighton’s biggest embarrassment in the history of football.

I think our only hope will be if Roy or Ray does a secret sh1t in the away dressing room. That might just stir our players into action!

Two abject defeats lead me to feel that we will suffer at the hands of an in form Brighton and another heavy defeat is inevitable such is our current dismal lot, particularly,as we will once again be without Wilf, our one hope and one man team.
Guaranteed,no Wilf equals defeat.
Prediction?
Revised 3-0 Brighton win.

If nothing changes with us (and not really expecting anything to change really) this feels about right.

Fun facts: If Burnley win their game in hand against Fulham on Wednesday they go above us. If Brighton win their game against us they also go above us. We slide down to 16th place.

Fulham currently 1-0 up at Everton and giving them the run-around.
We are doomed.

The right place at the right time

Yep, gap would only be 11 points - writing very definitely on the wall for Complacent Palace FC.
I remember the away game against our friends on the south coast in the Holloway play off season. A Sunday afternoon in the March in torrential rain, losing 3-0 with that dog of a Polish goalkeeper of the theirs at the time winding us up over the goals.
Sadly, this time we will be lucky to get away with such a slim defeat. Sadly, it pains to say, but after far fewer seasons, they have a far better idea of surviving long term in this league.

We already look like a Sunday Pub team!

My prediction is Palace NIL, Brighton 1 or more.

It totally depends what Roy does, I would play Ayew up front with Eze central just behind him. Both these guys drop deep which would mean we would totally control the midfield as at times we would have 6 bodies in there, then smash them on the break. We can do this without Wilf. My fear is Roy doesn’t seem to work any of this out and has lost the plot.

It won’t happen, but I agree
