I still cannot understand how a 5 foot 5 ins player got his hand to the ball at the same time as Shilton at 6 foot plus with his arm length was unable to . In my view bad goalkeeping .

What a bunch of pathetic losers on this site. Maradona was class on the football pitch. Great entertainment. Probably the most talented footballer ever. If you cannot appreciate that, maybe you should be looking to take up a different sport. And if you want to point the blame at someone for ruining England's hopes, there have been plenty of English candidates over the last 54 years.
