We didn't f*** about as much back then, plus wilf was predominantly on the right side so did have to chop and cut in to his preferred foot. Would love to see olise on the left for a spell

It may be cobblers, but if true then it was a terrible reason to get rid, and about sums up Pardew's ego from what I've heard.

Parish doesn't admit to much but readily accepts this was a major error.
