The funniest part of the Sorloth carry on is that people actually believe that Man Utd, Real Madrid etc are actually interest in Sorloth. Have a look at their strikers then have a look at Sorloth.

I thought the deal was subject to the player and Trabzonspor agreeing, so if we want him back we should up his deal to reflect his market value. Is it wise to chance £10m on a player hoping that the manager will nurture him, when, as we have seen, the opposite is likely? There must be a disconnect between Hodgson, Freedman, and Parish, otherwise how on earth could such a scenario ever have arisen?

Just for comparison, The standard of the Turkish league is ranked well below the standard of the English Championship, The Belgian league and The Austrian league. Sorloth has just found his level. There is nothing more to it.

He did however remind me of Dolph Lundgran in Rocky IV and so for that reason I was a little sad when he left. I do wonder how much his agent is responsible for the outlandish rumours of Real and United, and the like.
