I stand by my start of season prediction, survival is at 36-37 pts.
It would be a miracle for Bournemouth or Villa to reach that amount of points.

Play like they did yesterday and Bournemouth might have a chance.

City won't be that bad when we play them .

Yes,you needed to beat the Hammers but currently they are hammering you 3-0 and with your next two fixtures with your gd,hope that Bournemouth don't win against Southampton or you will be down, not them.
May the best team win!!

So Wet Spam are now effectively safe given the goal difference situation. Watford, though, could be in real trouble. With games against Citeh (H) and Arsenal they may not get another point in which case it only needs one out of Bournemouth and Villa to get 4 points in their last two games (Bournemouth have two winnable games v Soto and Everton whilst Villa have Arsenal (H) and an already safe Wet Spam and if Watford do lose both games, both Bournemouth and Villa could catch them with just a win - Current goal diffs being:
Watford -23
Bournemouth -25
Villa - 27
but both Villa and Bournemouth have scored more goals than Watford.
We could have a very interesting final day at this end of the table as well as with the fight for Champions league places.

Looking like it. I'm happy to see Villa out of the dreaded zone. Nice local away game for me next season if they do manage to survive now. They just need to match Watford's result and scoreline to finish above them and if both teams lose, have to hope that Bournemouth don't win.

Flawless logic for you I must admit but I really hate Watford so just as long as they go down I’m happy! I’ll be willing Villa in any case to ensure that happens so very much do hope you get the local away game next season!
