If your son is the registered ST holder, then yes, he will get the emails, who pays for them doesnt matter. Same with me n the 'Trout' she is the holder, i just pay(god,dont i just)

Bloody hell, that was hard work ! Just done the refund options for 6 of us as I’m the lead name, received a whole rake of emails. FFS can’t they do anything simple.

Want to buy a couple of season tickets for 21/22 but cannot see any info on CPFC website. Is there a waiting list or i wonder if it's possible to buy 20/21 season ticket when the renewal of last seasons is up on the 6th Jan ?

I chose a refund for the Newcastle/Brighton/Leeds games. Club stated an email would be sent on the 7th December followed by a refund to your bank account, to those who made this choice. Has anybody who went for the refund received either, as I have not received anything.

I mailed Box Office following no email 7th or since and received reply yesterday saying all refunds had been processed and to expect into accounts by Monday latest. I assume 14th.... They also said an email confirming same would be going out to all refund requesters last night. Still not seen anything. Appreciate they're in unchartered territory but no excuses for making promises they consistently fail to keep.

Here we go again. I only got the last refund by going in person to the Box Office. And it seems it's going to be just as difficult this time. I follow the on-line instructions and finish up either with the "Memberships" page, when I've asked for "Tickets", or "An error has occurred". Any advice? And does anyone know whether the Box Office is open during the lock-down? Non-essential I suppose.

I have called the box office several times recently trying to establish why I have not been credited with any loyalty points this season. I did not realise they use a premium rate line so be aware
