Pathetic and worrying. Let Wilf go if you're not going to invest because its criminal to let a talent like him have to play with this joke.

This is completely on Parish and Dougie's shoulders. If we showed a bit of ambition and had some exciting youngsters that were actually scouted, we would probably be able to keep Zaha and Wan Bissaka.

“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn

Here we go again. Based on this so far, desperately need strong right sided mid fielder who can defend and sorry Joel but a stronger right back

I'm sure any Bright*n fans watching will be right behind Young Boys.
In fact I think they've always quite fancied Young Boys.

Can you tell, I'm bored....

Early days and all that but this doesn't look good!

Inability to keep possession, misplaced passes, no threat on their goal, etc and looking vulnerable at the back - nothing changes!
Meyer looks to be overweight too.

Change of personnel will be needed if we are to survive - our scouting team need to be on the ball.

Just by the way Young Boys are a top outfit in Switzerland, in the Champions League last season they actually beat Juventus at home, so they are no pushovers. Not watching the game so can't comment on our performance but to write off next season is a bit premature. Also in the same competition last season the Mancs only beat them 1-0 in Manchester.

Zero threat, zero creativity, zero chances on goal. Not encouraging...

I'm not bothered in the slightest by pre-season friendly results. They don't mean anything.

Exactly. Plus Young Boys have had weeks more pre season training then us so it’s to be expected. They beat a top European side in Frankfurt 5-1 the other day. People moaning about a friendly after a week of training need to get a bloody grip.

Luke Dreher brought on with 4 minutes to go. That’s the spirit Roy, makes no difference to the score or indeed Luke’s career. I don’t want to see Sorloth in a Palace shirt this season, just saying. Benteke still pants if you are not watching at home. Just to say that the new signings did not feature today 😳
